  • Open folder options ( click start and run, type "control.exe folders" press enter)
  • Click on the View Tab
  • Place a check in the option "Do not cache thumbnails"
  • Click Ok

  • Open search window
  • Click on All Files and Folders
  • Now search for a thumbs.db files (make sure all hard disks selected)
  • Click Search
  • In the long list of thumbs.db files, select all files and delete the files.

  • First go to the registry editor (Click on Start and Run, type regedit and click ok)

  • Now click on the Ratings
  • In the right pane of the registry editor, select icon called Key and delete it
  • Now restart the computer and run Internet Explorer again

  • Click on the Content tab and click on Disable. When asked for a password, don't type anything, just click on OK
  • This will disable Content Advisor because there's no longer a password

  • First open the search window
  • Then search for the file of OUTCMD.DAT

  • Now reopen Microsoft outlook and your problem should be fixed
