- First go to the registry editor (Click on Start and Run, type regedit and click ok)
- Now under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE go through the Software, Microsoft, Windows, Current Version and Policies
- Now click on the Ratings
- In the right pane of the registry editor, select icon called Key and delete it
- Now restart the computer and run Internet Explorer again
- Click on Tools, Internet Options
- Click on the Content tab and click on Disable. When asked for a password, don't type anything, just click on OK
- This will disable Content Advisor because there's no longer a password
